USA / Canada: 7 to 12 business days, shipping Rs 2,500 to Rs 4,000
UK / Europe: 7 to 10 business days, shipping Rs 2,000 to Rs 3,500
UAE / Middle East: 4 to 7 business days, shipping Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,500
Australia / New Zealand: 8 to 14 business days, shipping Rs 2,500 to Rs 4,000
Singapore / Malaysia: 5 to 8 business days, shipping Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,500

Order Timeline
- Ready-to-ship outfits: Ship within 3 to 5 business days
- Custom stitching: 15 to 20 days stitching plus shipping time
- Bridal orders: 25 to 30 days — we recommend ordering at least 6 weeks before your event
Customs and Import Information
USA: Orders under $800 are typically duty-free. UK: Orders under 135 GBP are typically duty-free. UAE: Minimal customs on personal garments. We provide full documentation including invoice and packing list for customs clearance.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your outfit. If there is a stitching issue, we will alter or remake the garment. Custom-stitched outfits cannot be returned for change of mind. Size alterations can be arranged — please consult us before ordering.
